Ohiwa Black Diamonds: Truffle Mashed Potato

Ingredients

  • 1kg potatoes
  • 80g salted butter
  • 1tsp truffle oil
  • 15g parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • 2-3 tbs milk
  • 65g sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method

Boil the potatoes until tender then mash. Mix in butter, sour cream, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

Add milk and then add truffle oil and salt and pepper to taste .
